How do I obtain a refill on prescribed medications?
For medication refills, please send the request through the patient portal or contact our office during regular business hours, allowing at least 48 hours for processing. We'll need to know your pharmacy information, the medication name, and your last appointment date. Keep in mind that some medications require periodic follow-up visits before refills can be authorized.
For narcotic prescriptions or other controlled substances, you must be seen in the office before a refill can be issued, as required by law. We coordinate with your referring physician regarding any long-term medication needs to ensure appropriate management of your care.
