Dr. Morgan Kizzar, DPM

Dr. Kizzar's journey in podiatric medicine reflects his dedication to both medical excellence and cultural competency. Beginning his educational path at Arizona State University, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, laying the foundation for his ability to serve our diverse community with bilingual care.

His pursuit of podiatric expertise led him to the Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, where he earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine (DPM). Following this achievement, Dr. Kizzar completed his residency at Western Reserve Health Education in Youngstown, Ohio, where his leadership qualities earned him the position of Chief Resident.

Our Practice Evolution

In 2015, Dr. Kizzar chose Cañon City as the perfect location to establish his practice and put down roots with his family. His vision for providing exceptional podiatric care to our community led to a significant milestone in 2019 when we relocated to our current facility at 604 S. 9th Street, transforming the former Cañon City Police Annex into a state-of-the-art podiatric care center.

This strategic move allowed us to expand our services and enhance our diagnostic capabilities with advanced on-site technology. Our renovation maintained the building's historic connection to the community while creating a modern, comfortable environment for patient care.

Our location at 604 S. 9th Street in Cañon City has an interesting history and special significance to our community. Our practice operates from a beautifully renovated building that was previously the Cañon City Police Annex. In 2019, we transformed this civic landmark into a modern, state-of-the-art podiatry facility while preserving its historical connection to our community.

The renovation and repurposing of this building represents our commitment to Cañon City's growth and development. We've carefully designed the space to provide our patients with:
